LAST YEAR HE SENT A REQUEST FOR SOMEONE TO LOOK INTO HIS FT BEND CASE . WHERE HE WAS SENTENCED TO 10 YEARS TO AGG ROBBERY WITH A WEAPON THAT HE WAS NEVER FINGER PRINT FOR OR A PHYSICAL LINE UP FOR THE VICTIM TO SEE THAT HE IS 6'3 NOT 5'7 AS DESCRIBED BY BOTH VICTIMS AND THERE WAS 4 NOT 1. A DOG SCENT WAS USED. WE RECEIVED FOR 15,000 POOR REPRESENTATION NNAD THE LAWYER HAS REFUSED SINCE 2008 TO GIVE ME MY SON'S CASE FILE. HE WAS PAID ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT ON TIME. I SPOKE WITH JEFF.......FROM THE AMARILLO, TEXAS OFFICE AT A MEETING AT THE GOODHOPE CHURCH IN HOUSTON LAST OCTOBER. ALSO WE SENT LETTERS TO UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON , MY ALUMNI . PLEASE ADVISE .........CONCERNED MOM THAT WILL NOT GIVE UP.......
