The difference is that the direct victim of these crimes has to live with it and the psychological mess it creates, as opposed to moving on to whatever alternate existance you choose to believe in. The only real factor here is the possibility of wrongful conviction. Until we can convict with 100% certainty, it&#8217;s pretty hard to justify zapping people even for murder. The state of Texas alone has exonerated 32 people on DNA evidence, according to The Innocence Project of Texas. [...]</description>
