Texas Death Row Inmate Granted Stay of Execution – DNA Could Prove His Innocence

The Innocence Project reports that Texas Death Row inmate, Larry Swearingen, has been granted a stay  of execution.  Swearingen was scheduled to die by lethal injection tomorrow in Huntsville, Texas.

Texas Exonerees to Ask Legislature for Compensation Increase
